Carlo A. Fragnito
Died: Thursday - Aug 10, 2017
Carlo Anthony Fragnito, 48, of Whitehall Township passed away peacefully on the morning of Thursday, August 10, 2017 at Good Shepherd-Muhlenberg. Youngest son of the late Anthony and Ann Marie (Siska) Fragnito.
He was a member of Saint Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Church. Carlo was a graduate of Whitehall High School class of 1987. Earlier in his life before his illnesses, Carlo worked for Ritter Plumbing. A true sports fan he followed his Eagles and Phillies throughout his life and continued with the same enthusiasm only with the ability to listen to broadcasts after blindness.
Carlo made us laugh, cry, and frustrated at times, but he was Carlo, never holding onto a grudge or talking badly about anyone. He exuded love and kindness through good times and not so good times in this life. Carlo’s kindred spirit will be missed by many.
Survivors: his wife and companion, Francesca Mione Fragnito; brothers, Frank and his wife Kathy of Slatington, Anthony and his wife Diane, Carmen and his wife Laura and Josef all of Whitehall, John of Forbes Creek, Australia; sister, Katrina, wife of Gino DeVito of Bethlehem; nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews; and many extended family and friends.
Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, August 14th at 10:00 a.m. in St. Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Church, 618 Fullerton Ave., Whitehall. Family and friends may call Monday 9 – 10:00 a.m. in the church.
Contributions: Memorials suggested to Sacred Heart Chapel care of Father Hilferity. Online condolences may be submitted below.

I came to know Carlo when I worked for LV - Muhlenberg. He was one of the kindest, thoughtful and caring persons I ever dealt with and always brought a smile to my face. Rest in peace, Carlo.

I had the pleasure of meeting you and Carlo when he and my Mom were both patient's at Sacred Heart Hospital. Even through this period of time he would have a smile on his face on the good days and it would break my heart when his tears would flow on the not so good days, just like my Mom, but I so enjoyed the conversations we all had. When I ran into you at the hospital while working there and you told me the two of you had married my heart was filled with joy knowing that the love of his life would be by his side taking care of him forever. My heart breaks for you and the extended family on the loss of Carlo, but hold close to your hearts the memories you have and cherish them as Carlo may be gone from your sight but his spirit lives on and he is always going to be with you and he will watch over all of, especially you Francesca the love of his life. Please accept my heartfelt condolences on the loss of a great man. Francesca please feel free to contact me via email firstname.lastname@example.org if you need anything at all.
