Joseph F. Mullner, Jr., 64, of Lehigh Township, passed away on Wednesday, October 4, 2017. He was the husband of Melinda (Marakovits) Mullner and they celebrated 43 years of marriage on August 17th. Born February 4, 1953 in Bethlehem, he was the son of the late Joseph F., Sr. and Agnes (Nordoi) Mullner.

Joseph graduated from Northampton High School in 1971. He worked for Essroc Cement Co. for 42 years and retired as an electrician. Joseph was a member of Queenship of Mary Church, Northampton.

He was a car and motorcycle enthusiast, especially enjoying Corvettes and Harley Davidsons. Joseph enjoyed fishing and collecting rocks. He earned the rank of Eagle Scout and continued to participate in Boy Scouts with his son, Michael. Joseph and wife, Melinda, loved to spend time together with family and friends in Ocean City, MD at their condo.

Survivors: wife; mother, Agnes; daughter, Jocelyn, wife of Tyler Pezalski; son, Michael and wife, Bianca; grandchildren, Brynn, Ethan and future grandson due February; brother, Stephen Mullner; aunts and uncles; and beloved dog, Chloe.

Services: Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, October 11th at 10:30 a.m. in Queenship of Mary Church, 1324 Newport Ave., Northampton. Family and friends may gather Tuesday 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. in the Reichel Funeral Home, 326 E. 21st St., Northampton.

Contributions: In lieu of flowers, memorials may be presented to Carbon Lehigh Special Needs Children’s Foundation, 4210 Independence Dr., Schnecksville, PA 18078. Online condolences may be submitted below.
