Rudolph G. Timar
Died: Friday - Oct 6, 2017
Rudolph G. Timar, 87, of Slatington, passed away peacefully Friday, October 6, 2017 at Lehigh Valley Hospital. Rudolph and his wife, Rosemarie (Klepeis) Timar, celebrated 60 years of marriage May 4th. Born April 8, 1930 in Stockertown, he was the son of the late Joseph and Maria (Skrapits) Timar.
Rudy was the manager of New Farland Food Center for many years. He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Whitehall. Rudy honorably served his country in the United States Marine Corps. He was a member of the St. Peter & Paul Hungarian Society, Northampton.
Survivors: his wife, Rosemarie; brother, Louis Timar; sister, Theresa Zaboretzky; nieces and nephews. Services: A Memorial Mass will be held Saturday, October 14th 10:00 a.m. in Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 4102 Main St., Whitehall, PA 18052.
